Appointments at JW Physio Clinic are booked through our online booking system, powered by Cliniko. When you book an appointment, whether online or by phone, specific booking terms, appointment duration and cancellation policy will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. Please refer to the confirmation you receive, or ask our reception team, for the current cancellation notice period and any associated charges for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
