We are a single, dedicated clinic based in Loughton, easily reached from Epping, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Woodford and the wider Essex and East London area. Loughton is well served by the Central line and local bus routes, and on-street parking is available nearby.

Finding Us

JW Physio Clinic is based at Ambrose House on Old Station Road in Loughton, a short walk from Loughton Central line station and close to the town's central shopping area. Loughton is well connected to the wider area, making the clinic easy to reach whether you're coming from Epping, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Woodford, Debden or further afield in Essex and East London. On-street parking and nearby car parks are available for patients who prefer to drive.

If you're visiting us for the first time and aren't sure of the best route, give us a call before your appointment and our reception team will happily talk you through directions, parking options, or the nearest bus stops and station exits.

Your First Visit

If you haven't been to see us before, your first appointment will usually be a full assessment, giving your physiotherapist time to understand your history, examine the affected area, and discuss a treatment plan with you. It's helpful to wear or bring clothing that allows easy access to the area you'd like assessed, and to bring along any relevant scan reports, GP letters or previous treatment notes if you have them. If you have any questions about what to expect, our reception team is happy to talk you through the process before you arrive, whether that's by phone, text or email.
